Part One of the webinar will help small business owners to assess their capital needs and obtain information about available loan programs intended to help them through these uncertain times. You will learn how to calculate how much capital you may need by accounting for costs related to handling past due debts, adapting the business model, the need for working capital and rebuilding an emergency cash reserve.
The webinar covers the benefits, terms, conditions and loan application process for the New York Forward Loan Fund, the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and other programs as well as ways to determine which loan program may be best suited to a business’s needs.
Part Two of the webinar provides small businesses owners that have received the PPP loan with the information and guidance they need to plan for and process loan forgiveness. It will provide guidance on how the PPP should be used if business owners would like to apply for full or partial loan forgiveness as well as the terms and conditions of the loan should they choose not to apply for loan forgiveness.
Part Two also covers how to apply for loan forgiveness with a lender including a walk-through of the loan forgiveness application and required documents.
